How change the time of my IWASH™ Smartwatch?
- Press Home Button
- Swipe screen 2x to the left
- Tap Setting icon (Cogwheel)
- Swipe screen 4x to the left
- Tap Time icon
- Change time by selecting hour and minutes
- Tap OK at the bottom left of the screen
- Hit Home Button 2x to go back to main screen.
How play IWASH™ Handwashing Song?
- Press Home Button
- Tap IWASH icon
- Hit Play Button
- Hit Pause to stop music
- Tap Reverse Arrow to go back to previous menu.
Shortcut menu:
- When in Clock Faces, swipe up the screen, tap the IWASH icon to play the IWASH Handwashing Song.
- When in Clock Faces, swipe down the screen, tap the trumpet icon to mute or unmute the smartwatch.
How to change the setting of the music player?
To change the settings of your Handwashing Song:
- Press the Home Button
- Tap IWASH icon
- Tap the three line icon at the bottom left of the screen
- Tap Options
- Tap Settings
- Select the settings to your preference
How water-resistant is IWASH™ Watch?
Our water proof rating is IPX3. It means it is resistant to water splashes.
How long does it take to charge the battery?
It takes approximately 3 hours to fully charge the battery. The actual charging time depends on the power supply.
What is the battery life of IWASH™ Watch?
Battery life may vary depending on actual usage. Like other electronic devices, more frequent usage will mean the battery will drain more quickly.
We do not recommend trying to change the battery yourself as it will void the warranty.
DO NOT REMOVE BATTERY. DO NOT DISPOSE OF BATTERY IN FIRE. DO NOT RECHARGE. KEEP LOOSE BATTERIES AWAY FROM CHILDREN.

What method is used for shipping?
All packages are shipped via Canada Post.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rate varies based on location.
I placed an order. When will my package arrive?
You can track your order to check the status. Please keep in mind that shipping to US can take longer due to customs and in some cases the package may be selected for inspection. This can also cause a delay in the tracking information you see from the carrier. Tracking information should be updated as soon as the package is released from customs.
I am a US customer. Do I have to pay customs and taxes?
Products shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes and other charges which are not included in the cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by IWASH™ Canada. Before placing your order, please make sure to check with US customs office to determine additional costs.
I am located outside of the USA and Canada. Do you ship to my country?
We are currently unable to ship our products outside of the USA and Canada. We apologize for the inconvenience. We hope to be able to ship our products to the rest of the world in the near future.
Where is my order number and order confirmation?
If you do not see your order confirmation E-mail in your inbox, please check your spam folder. Order confirmations can sometimes take up to 24 hours. If you have not received your order confirmation E-mail after 24 hours, please contact us with your inquiry.

RETURNS
Do you offer returns?
Yes, we have a 30 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please refer to our Return Policy for more information.

Do you have a warranty for your watches?
Yes, your IWASH™ watch comes with 6 months limited warranty. Read more information regarding Product Warranty.
